Crystal Ice rents, cleans and repairs commercial ice machines across St. Petersburg from our Clearwater home base. We have been at it for more than 30 years, since 1992.
Built for bar volume
A Friday night on Central Avenue is no time to discover your machine cannot keep up. At a free assessment, we review your bar and dining volume and what your drinks need. Ask us to assess ice-type suitability and equipment availability rather than assuming a specific nugget or flake machine is available.
Older downtown buildings can have tight back-of-house space. We assess undercounter or modular configurations, ventilation, water and drainage to find a suitable setup.
Renting in St. Pete
Rental starts at $160/month and includes the machine, installation, scheduled PM cleanings and repair parts/labor. Two months are paid up front, then it is month-to-month with no long-term contract. No setup or installation fee; free pickup on cancellation.
- If repair becomes unsuitable, ask about replacement arrangements and availability; no guaranteed replacement or uninterrupted supply.
- Five or more units receive 10% off; ten or more receive 15% off.
When it breaks

For an owned machine, request a written repair quote before work. Repair work carries a 90-day warranty. Rental repair parts and labor are included.
Keep it clean
A PM visit includes deep sanitizing of water-contact surfaces, scale removal, a full mechanical inspection, a filter check and service paperwork you can show the health inspector. It costs $295/visit, or standard scheduled PM is included with rental. Paperwork documents maintenance; it does not guarantee an inspection result.
Standard scheduled PM is every 6 months. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and clean sooner if conditions warrant. High-volume bars and coastal kitchens may need more frequent service, assessed individually; that is not a blanket legal interval or an included quarterly rental schedule.
Busy bars may need visits sooner, assessed for the machine and conditions.
