Our Story
Crystal Ice was founded in Clearwater in 1992. For 30+ years, we've been the team Tampa Bay restaurants call when the ice machine goes down — or when they want to reduce breakdown risk.
We started with a simple idea: restaurant owners shouldn't have to think about ice. We now serve local businesses across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando County.
We're not a national chain. We don't have a call center. When you call Crystal Ice, you talk to someone who actually knows your machine, your restaurant, and your name.
Why Transparency Is Our Strategy
Most ice machine companies make you call for pricing. They hide their rates behind sales calls and "custom quotes." We think that's backwards.
