Rent: from $160/month for the machine, installation, scheduled cleanings and repair parts/labor. If repair becomes unsuitable, contact us to assess replacement arrangements and availability; uninterrupted ice or a particular replacement is not promised.
Buy: ask us to assess equipment suitability and provide a written equipment quote, including delivery, installation and staff-training scope. After purchase, PM is $295/visit; request a written repair quote when service is needed.
Timing for new builds: tell us your opening date early. Contact us during business hours to confirm assessment and installation scheduling/availability. During the walkthrough we assess seat count, bar volume and drink menu, so your equipment plan reflects expected summer demand.

Lease or buy for a new build: the honest answer
Renting may suit you when you want to protect opening cash, prefer covered repair costs or are still learning your ice demand. Buying can fit available cash, steady needs and a maintenance team you trust. We will not tell you renting always wins. Compare actual quotes and your own five-year budget.

Keep it clean so it keeps working
A PM visit includes deep sanitizing of water-contact surfaces, scale removal, a full mechanical inspection, a filter check and service paperwork you can show the health inspector. It costs $295/visit, or standard scheduled PM is included with rental. Paperwork documents maintenance; it does not guarantee an inspection result.
Standard scheduled PM is every 6 months. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and clean sooner if conditions warrant. High-volume bars and coastal kitchens may need more frequent service, assessed individually; that is not a blanket legal interval or an included quarterly rental schedule.
