Service Agreement
Crystal Ice Machine Operations, LLC (DBA Crystal Ice Machine Services) provides commercial ice machine leasing, preventive maintenance, repair, and sales to businesses in the Tampa Bay area. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Leasing Terms
- All lease plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required
- Two months' payment is due upfront at the start of service
- Lease includes the machine, installation, all scheduled PM cleanings, and all repairs (parts and labor)
- You may cancel your lease at any time — we will coordinate machine removal at no charge
- The leased machine remains property of Crystal Ice Machine Operations, LLC
Repair Warranty
Repair work carries a 90-day warranty. Report recurring issues so coverage and next steps can be assessed; an automatic free return or resolution guarantee is not promised.
Preventive Maintenance
Standalone PM is $295 per visit. Standard scheduled PM every 6 months is included with rental. Follow manufacturer instructions and clean sooner if conditions warrant; more frequent site-specific needs are assessed individually.
SMS Terms
- Program name: Crystal Ice Machine Services Alerts, operated by Crystal Ice Machine Operations, LLC (DBA Crystal Ice Machine Services).
- Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or SMS opt-in page, you provide express written consent to receive text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message types: Appointment confirmations, service updates, follow-up communications related to your inquiry, and occasional promotional offers.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per month.
- Opt-out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call (727) 441-8780.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- Carrier non-liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No sharing: Your SMS opt-in consent and phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and receive text messages from Crystal Ice Machine Operations, LLC (DBA Crystal Ice Machine Services).

Customer Responsibilities
- Provide reasonable access to the ice machine for service and maintenance
- Maintain adequate water supply and electrical connections
- Report machine issues promptly to minimize damage
- Do not attempt unauthorized repairs on leased equipment
Limitation of Liability
Crystal Ice Machine Operations, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from machine failure, including but not limited to lost revenue or spoiled products. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment.
